      Stone Care

      DO's

      • For Everyday routine cleaning, we recommend wiping the surface with soapy water (a mild detergent) and a damp cloth.
      • Clean up spills immediately to minimize damage to your benchtop.
      • Use trivets or cork mats under hot pots, oven trays, and fry pans.
      • Use coasters under glasses, especially if they contain alcohol or citrus juices.

      DONT's

      • Any steel utensils shouldn't be rubbed against the stone for scratch-proof life of the stone.
      • Do not use products that contain trichloroethane or methylene chloride, such as paint remover, vinegar, and bleach.
      • Do not use abrasive or alkaline cleaners not specifically formulated for stone.
      • Use an appropriate cutting board, as the hardness of the surface may blunt knives or even damage the stone.
      • Do not sit or stand on your stone counters or put stress on the front or the back of the counter.
